1.1 Consulting Services
For our business consulting packages and similar service-based offerings:
- Before Service Commencement: You may request a full refund up to 14 calendar days after purchase, provided that no consulting work has begun.
- After Initial Consultation: If you are dissatisfied after the initial consultation meeting but before the full service delivery begins, you may request a partial refund of 80% of the service fee.
- During Service Delivery: Once the full service delivery has begun, refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of services, less a 20% administrative fee.
- After Service Completion: No refunds are available after services have been fully delivered, unless there is a demonstrable failure to meet the agreed-upon deliverables specified in the service agreement.
1.2 Training Programs
For management training programs and educational services:
- Standard Cancellation: A full refund is available if you cancel at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled training date.
- Late Cancellation: If you cancel between 7-13 days before the scheduled training date, a 50% refund will be provided.
- Very Late Cancellation: No refund is available for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled training date, but you may transfer your registration to another person or reschedule for a later date (subject to a 15% administrative fee).
- No-Show: No refund is provided if you fail to attend the training without prior notice.
1.3 Software Products
For enterprise management software and digital products:
- Before Installation/Activation: A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase if the software has not been installed or activated.
- After Installation/During Trial Period: If the software includes a trial or evaluation period and you are dissatisfied with the product during this period, you may request a full refund less a 10% implementation fee.
- After Trial Period: No refunds are available after the trial or evaluation period has ended, unless there is a demonstrable material defect in the software that cannot be resolved through our technical support.
- Customized Software: For software that has been customized to your specific requirements, refunds are limited to cases where the software fails to meet the explicitly agreed-upon specifications.
2. Conditions for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be submitted within the applicable timeframe as specified above
- You must provide a valid reason for your refund request
- For digital products, you must demonstrate that you have not substantially used or benefited from the product
- For services, you must demonstrate that the services were not delivered as described or were of substandard quality
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice)
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Services that have been fully delivered and accepted
- Custom-developed solutions or tailored implementations that have been delivered according to specifications
- Services canceled after the work has substantially begun, except as provided in Section 1
- Downloadable digital content after the download has started
- Transaction fees, implementation fees, or administrative charges
- Services purchased as part of a discounted package or special promotion that explicitly states it is non-refundable

4.1 How to Request a Refund

5.1 Service Cancellation by OmanBizSolutions
If we cancel a service or are unable to deliver a product or service as described, we will provide you with the following options:
- Full refund of the amount paid
- Credit toward another service or product of equal or greater value (if the alternative is of greater value, you will need to pay the difference)
- Rescheduling of the service to another mutually agreeable date
5.2 Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, pandemic restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control) that prevent service delivery:
- We will attempt to reschedule the service to a mutually agreeable date
- If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a credit valid for 12 months toward future services
- If neither option is acceptable, we will provide a refund less any non-recoverable costs incurred in preparation for service delivery
5.3 Client Dissatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our services:
- You must notify us in writing within 7 days of service completion, specifying the nature of your dissatisfaction
- We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns and resolve the issues
- If we cannot resolve the issues to your satisfaction, we may offer a partial refund, service credit, or complementary additional services as appropriate to the circumstances
6. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. The policy that was in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your refund request.
7. Dispute Resolution
